Due to progressive strength of the company's position in Poland, we're searching for the most professional candidate to take overall responsibility of administrative functioning of the office, including support of finance department.

Opis stanowiska:
- Organizing office operations and procedures
- Correspondences management
- Initiating, contacting, and negotiating with suppliers and business partners
- Handling and managing IT services
- Monitoring, updating and implementing health and safety policies
- Providing administrative support to the Board Members
- Office budget management
- Preparation of financial statements
- Management employee documentation
- Cooperation with the accounting department
- Contacting and handling issues with Social Security Office and Treasury
Kogo szukamy:
- University degree (economic degree preferred)
- At least 3 years experience on the similar position
- Knowledge of administration policies, systems and procedures
- Computer skills, especially MS Office package
- Communication and listening skills
- Excellent planning and organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise tasks
- Decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of health and safety in the workplace
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Knowledge of Spanish will be an advantage
