Job location: Kraków

For our Client we are looking for German speakers
Daily responsibilities:
- Providing consultancy for German Clients in the area of on-line marketing products such as AdWords (advising, upselling, negotiating, providing information about product and rules)
- Daily contact with Clients in German language mostly via phone
- Daily fulfilling dedicated KPI and SLA
- Cooperation with team members
Requirements:
- Fluent English and German language
- Ability to build business relationship with Clients
- Negotiation skills
- High interpersonal skills
- Able to work under time pressure
