On-site IT support specialist

Job description:
You will be based in our client’s office and provide day-to-day IT support for local end-users both in Polish and English.
Core duties:
- Technical on-site assistance to end-users in the field of software, hardware and network
- Installation and configuration of applications, operating systems and hardware
- Phone and mail contact in English with IT team based all over the world
- Work within corporate IT procedures
Candidate profile:
- Excellent English both speaking and writing
- Previous solid IT experience (helpdesk or on-site technician)
- Very good knowlege of IT hardware configuration
- Very good knowledge of Widnows OS, Outlook, MS Office etc.
- Customer friendly and can-do attitude
