Online Sales Representative

Responsibilities:
- prospect potential clients daily through various research channels (including the internet, professional directories, and client referrals);
- cold call prospective clients;
- conduct sales meetings with existing and prospective clients;
- manage and update CSM on a daily basis;
- work to achieve weekly/monthly goals (both personal and team goals);
- provide accurate weekly sales forecasts;
- work closely with the Production Team to ensure timelines and quality of projects;
- educate current and prospective clients about Lionbridge rates, products, services, etc.;
- keep up to speed with Lionbridge technology innovations, as well as translation industry trends;
- maintain flexibility and perform other duties as requested.
Requirements:
- bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Technology, or Languages preferred;
- excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. French, German, Dutch, Italian, Portuguese and Spanish to a native speaker standard is a plus;
- strong time management and organizational skills;
- experience in client management;
- ability to work as part of a global team, as well as individually;
- willingness to learn about the sales process and the language industry, and grow a sales career
