Main responsibilities:
- Regional and Global support & set up of dedicated applications
- Extensive Interaction with other CWT departments (multilingual, internal Clients) via:various communication channels (Service Manager, email or phone)
- Appropriate escalation to direct management and Product Business Owners, if needed
- Close cooperation with Project and program Mangers
- Maintaining positive, long term relationship with the requestors
- New releases testing
- Assistance with issue resolution
Candidate’s profile:
- Proficiency in English is a must
- Knowledge of MS Outlook, Word and Excel
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Analitical mind and eagerness to learn
- Responsibility for your own work
- Team player attitude
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies, products and procedures
- Positive attitude and work ethic
