Operating Manager
Miejsce pracy: Warszawa
Responsibilities:
- manages the overall order statements and customer communications
- discussing with sales department, SCM/inventory and production department
- may manages the import process from the factories
- manages order booking with consideration of factory production capacity.
- cooperate with 3PL vendor in warehouse
- controls costs through productivity of personnel, efficient usage of storage space and proper protection of stored materials
- manage to process for inbound and outbound logistical operations and warehouse order management including transportation to ensure sufficient supply of goods and products
- check the conditions of warehouse contracts with 3PL with supporting the warehouse and logistics manager
- manage the inventory tire in warehouse (Control stock level, Old aging stocks)
- support to build customer relationship through assisting customers" need
- responsible for the various customer inquiries and requests regarding delivery of products through.
- receives an overall instruction, guidance and direction from superior
- uses existing overall procedures to solve routine or standard problems
Requirements:
- bachelor"s degree in Stock/Logistic Management
- experience in similar position 7 years
- knowledge of Polish and English at a very good level
- a high level of resistance to stress
- excellent organization of working time
- accuracy in performing tasks
