Welcome to the Change & Transition Execution team. We add value by supporting and performing process work (change, release, transition) together with our stakeholders. As Operation Quality Specialist, you will play a valuable role in the team. Our stakeholders are expert in their area, we are experts in the Nordea standards owned by our area.
What you’ll be doing:
- process management activities
- seeing posibitilies for automation
- supporting end users to navitate in the change, realease, transition activites
You'll join a happy Kanban team with very dedicated persons - adapting to the pull culture building up the backlog for future BAU work. The role is based in Gdynia or Warsaw.

Your experience and background:
- knowledge about either of the processes Change, Release or Transition
- ITIL knowledge / experience
- Agile experience - Kanban
- Experience in Jira
- Fluent English
