Operational Manager (f/m)

Your challenge will be: being successful operational manager of the biggest hotel in Poznań with more than 500 rooms (Novotel & ibis) and  two thousand square meters of conference space, now fully renovated; making our two unique gastronomic concepts - Winestone restaurant and WiseCafe café even more full of life in order to reach the assumed financial outcome.
You will provide our quests with comfort and unique moments of hospitality. You will make your team feel valued and together you will succeed. You will oversee all hotel departments within the hotel and will act as General Manager in the absence of the GM.

• You are experienced, creative, you have a vision and passion as a hotel manager
• You make your expertise grow and you dare go further
• You are business-driven, innovative, in tune with the latest trends
• You are able to manage various tasks, prioritise and delegate
• You have an open and outgoing personality
• You are able to make every employee, regardless of their generation, feel engaged.

• 4 year experience as DM, RDM or HOD
• Managing and motivating employees by own example & giving them room to grow
• Able to communicate fluently in Polish and English
