-Internal user support for HR payroll application,
-Change - and Incident Management (among others: technical application support, system administration, level-3-support to solve incidents),
-Project support for migration and implementation of new applications and technologies,
-Providing technical documentation as well as user manuals.
-4+ years of experience in IT architecture/ applications,
-Excellence in operating systems such as Windows, Linux-Unix,
-Advanced skills of Batch/ Shell/ SQL-Scripting (SQL, PL/SQL),
-Experience in network infrastructure,
-Client-server-environments (such as Citrix, RDP),
-Web application server,
-HTML, JavaScript, ITIL are a plus,
-Good communication skills (service- and customer-oriented),
-Proactive and team-minded acting,
-Fluent English,
-German communicative.
