Duties:
- Running all operations during shifts
- Maintenance and execution of Hard Rock Cafe International standards
- Support, engagement and active participation in all operations, trainings, changes and recruitments
- Constant endeavor for progress and development of the company
- Managing Employee Life Cycle (recruitment, selection, development, and retention of staff)
Requirements:
- Minimum of two years of management experience in a high volume restaurant/entertainment venue
- Excellent communication skills
- Very good knowledge of English
- Unparalleled guest service
- Dynamics in operations, optimism, independence, initiative
- Readiness for business trips
