On behalf of our client, one of the world’s leading software and technology services companies, we are looking to recruit an Operations Manager to take charge of this highly varied and exciting role.


As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible mainly for the day to day operations within the company, which involves working with internal and external customers. Moreover, you will be in charge of providing technical support when applicable, maintaining all required records and updating HR’s online systems. Key elements of the role will also include: managing all aspects of customer and staff access and providing support to other departments within Service Delivery.

To be considered for this role, you should have a proven experience in a similar role or supervisory experience in Business environment. We are looking for someone who has basic Cisco networking/switch skills and good awareness of current and future workplace market. Person on this position should also have technical knowledge in problem resolution and good presentation skills. It is desirable to have proactive and focused attitude to work. Flexibility and independence in action will be highly appreciated. The required specialist will be expected to communicate with internal and external customers; hence fluency in English is necessary. Also, current EU driving license and passport is required.
