The candidate is expected to be involved in strategic planning to grow the team, run projects of organizational importance, guide and mentor next cadre of leadership as per organization values.
Our ideal Candidate:
- Has knowledge of Microsoft technologies (Azure and Infrastructure, Data & AI, MW)
- Has Microsoft certifications - nice to have
- Has more than 7 years of experience in team management
- Demonstrates problem-solving skills with the help of engineers
- Has excellent customer service skills and customer focused attitude (has the drive and intellectual strength to solve difficult customer problems)
- Has strong communications skills
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
- Is positive, independent, proactive and result-oriented
- Collaborates within teams
Your tasks:
- Managing day-to-day operations by interacting with client and team effectively to achieve customer satisfaction and delivery
- Direct customer service via phone, email and chat services as appropriate
- Leadership - handle technically challenging and politically sensitive customer situations
- This track will be in 24/7 shift model and onsite Opportunity. Therefore, candidates are expected to be flexible to cover during holidays and weekends to accommodate Client roster
