For our client - international IT company we are looking for candidates for the position of:

Operations and Production Support Assistant

In this role you will be responsible for production releases, its system performance and monitoring, delivery of reports, logging incidents, account management, penetration tests, disaster recovery and a lot of system related tasks.

To be successful in this role you need to have the excellent analytical skills, deep understanding of product, have the experience in working closely with SLA, have knowledge of JIRA, NAgios, Gray logs and BoldChat, also understanding of SQL. Advanced English is essential.
