For our Client, global leader in shipping and transportation services - FedEx, we are currently looking for graduates and young professionals with excellent German skills, ready to start their career in logistics.
While working for our Client you will be a part of custom clearance services team, responsible for clearing of imported and exported goods through customs barriers. Day-to-day duties will include providing support to FedEx's new Clients in regards to regulatory requirements, customs clearance procedures and regulations. The role will involve also pro-actively reaching for information necessary for clearance, by placing outbound calls to Clients.
To be a successful Candidate you must have excellent communication skills and be fluent in German (C1 level required). Work/internship experience in international environment or customer service area would be considered as an asset. We are looking for Candidates with very good analytical and problem solving skills, who are team players and enjoy interacting with Clients over the phone.
