On behalf of our Client, an international company established in Cracow, we are currently looking for Candidates for Junior Advisor with French.
Your main responsibility will be related to the support of the company’s international clients. Your duties will include building and maintaining desirable relations with customers from all around the world. You will be working via chat, email and you will be responsible for processing invoices and checking payments.
Candidate holding this position needs to be communicative in English and French (B1-B2 level). Moreover, you have to possess brilliant interpersonal skills, including relationship building and easiness in communication, especially in multinational environment. Helpfulness, customer orientation and sales predispositions are your additional advantages.
