Our Client is well known, bio and forest industries company with HR center based in Cracow, Poland. Currently we are looking for Candidates for the position of HR Specialist with Chinese, which will support Asia-Pacific company’s employees.
While working at this role, you will be responsible for HR administration, including trainings organization, benefits information, new-joiners help, recruitment. You will be supporting local units in various tasks related to the employment life-cycle. You will be working by phone and email, all time ensuring that provided expertise is done in timely and professional manner. Your duties will also including HR data and reporting (SAP HR).
An ideal Candidate needs to speak fluent Chinese and excellent English. We are looking for Candidates with great communication skills and interest in Human Resources. Previous work experiences in HR related field would be considered as an asset but are not required. Positive attitude, problem solving skills and Bachelor’s diploma (minimum) are required.
