Our Client is prestigious, well known production company based in the center of Cracow. Currently we are looking for young professionals to join Client Service department.
At the position of Client Service representative, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end goods orders- contacting Clients, managing orders in the system, monitoring shipments. You will be the first point of Contact for US based supply chain partners and sales representatives.
We are looking for Candidates interested in US culture, with excellent English language skills and ability to work afternoon and evening hours (2:00 pm- 11:00 pm.). What is more, an ideal Candidate needs to be Client oriented and able to process high volume of data. Excellent English language skills (C1) are also required.
