For our Client, global leader in shipping and transportation services, we are looking for:

IT Service Support Representatives

Within this role you will be responsible for verifying of invoice amounts against contractual agreements, following-up invoicing questions with IT managers and/or vendors, suggesting and implementing process improvements in the Accounts Payable process (reduction of number of invoices, invoice consolidation, automation of verification, ...). The role also involves preparing analysis on spending of selected commodities and assisting the IT Planning & project analyst in the Vendor Management process.

A successful candidate should be a fresh graduate or have up to 6 months professional experience and have a Business degree. What is more they should have fluency in English and communicative level of German or Italian, have strong analytical and problem solving skills and have very good MS Office skills (especially Excel). Understanding of the IT environment and experience in an international environment will be assets.
