We are currently looking for an Oracle Developer to join our software development team. You will be part of a progressive team of IT & Communication specialists who work with best in class technologies, in a challenging and rewarding environment, developing innovative solutions for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop applications in a number of areas using one or more of the following:
- Oracle PL/SQL
- Oracle Forms /Reports
- Oracle Database
- Java
- To aid in all areas of the software development lifecycle
- To complete all documentation as part of the software development methodology
- Provide end-user assistance and training
- Support IT operations and monitor systems
- Developing enhancements for business applications using the Oracle toolset.
- 3+ years experience of technical implementation and support of systems.
- Experience in Oracle database and development tools
- Hands-on attitude and are self-motivated.
- Excellent problem resolution, judgement and decision making skills
- Be able to work both independently and aspart of project teams
- Experience of using TOAD (Tool for Oracle Analysts and Developers) and/or working with web services would be beneficial.
- You will ideally have carried out business analysis and module design activities in your career
- You will be organised and results driven
- Fluent written and oral English.
