- SQL & PL/SQL developer responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining systems on the analytics platform
- Ability to conduct requirement and data analysis
- Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, performance tune and understand existing database applications
- Collaborate efficiently with business analyst and other team members to translate business into software requirements
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
- Design, prototype and iterate on innovative solution to meet user requirements
- Experience in building and maintaining database application in an analytics environment (DWH or similar)
- Experience in data analysis
- In-depth knowledge with analytical systems
- In-depth knowledge with database technologies such as SQL, PL/SQL, ETL, data transformation, data loading, data mining
- In-depth Oracle or DB2 Knowledge
- Experience in coding Unix Shell to manipulate data on databases like oracle or db2
- Experience in working in restrictive professional environment
- Preferred: Oracle and DB2
- Working experience with any Data Visualization tools like Cognos/Business Object is a plus

Our objective is to provide end-to-end services for selected Wealth Management IT solutions.
Product Inventory platform is a source of information about various financial products data. The main purpose of the system is to gathers, master and distribute products data for other applications and business users. The key challenge is to take over system from onsite Swiss team.
As a SQL & PL/SQL developer supporting the Group MI and Analytics Segment, you participate in all phases of the development lifecycle and are responsible to design, document and maintain innovative applications.
During all these phases you will work closely together with your colleagues in the team, the local Delivery Management, worldwide distributed production and 2nd level support, as well as (mostly Swiss based) product owners.
As methodology we apply Rational Unified Process (RUP) by IBM and Agile/ Scrum adapted to the banking environment. We document solutions with UML-Models in Enterprise Architect and Word Specifications.
