Job Description
- Oversee all customer order management processes with a focus on delivering superior customer service while meeting customer fulfillment deadlines
- Support business commitments trough on time, proactive communication as well as driving first class operation
- Act as subject matter expert on all aspects of order entry – PO requirements, revenue, shipping, approvals, contracts, etc.
- Ensure orders are processed correctly in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner with strong focus on month-end and quarter-end deadlines
- Support internal audit controls and SOX initiatives
- Continuously monitoring of performance metrics and ensuring department can meet changing business requirements
- Monitor individual workload and adjust if needed
- Take personal responsibility for the quality and timeliness of work and achieves results with little oversight
- Maintain Agile environment and re-prioritize workload for the team to balance expected daily processing workloads and customer issue remediation
- Create an inspiring team environment with a culture of open communication with trust and accountability
- Collaborate with business partners (internal & external) including Sales Teams to ensure expectations on service levels are clearly defined, communicated, measured and tracked.
- Discover training needs and provide feedback to the Department Specific Trainer and/or Subject Matter Experts
- Align the direction and performance of the team with the rest of the organization and think long-term
- Focus on results and desired outcomes and how best to achieve them.
Please note that this is a mixed shift position - 3 weeks on 2nd shift (2PM - 10PM) Krakow time
- At least 5 years of people management experience - more than 20 people
- At least 8 years of experience in dynamic Order Management area
- Excellent English skills
- Excellent customer service orientation via e-mail, phone
- Outstanding time management skills.
- SAP knowledge would be a plus
