On behalf of our Client, the production company, which sets up a new Shared Service Centre in Łódź, we are urgently seeking Order Processing Clerks ready to start a full-time cooperation with a global organization.
The job opportunity is addressed to Candidates who have previous experience in accounting/ finance/ order processing. We are also open for Candidates who gained their experience through internships and graduate programmes. The main responsibilities of a future Order Processing Clerk will include: entering and managing sales orders from customers in SAP system, performing a review of orders from the perspective of quantity and value correctness, regular reporting of business and process metrics and providing ongoing support towards customer needs.
Ideal Candidate should demonstrate fluent English (min. B2) and educational background in Finance/ Accounting/ Economy or related field. French will be an asset (even at elementary level). Experience with SAP system and MS Office Applications will also be a strong asset. We are looking for professionals willing to develop within multinational organization who present very good numerical and analytical skills, and positive attitude.
