OTC Accountant

Your new company
This US-based world’s leader in entertainment is growing since establishment in 2009, Gdynia. Due to transition and expansion of an OTC team, new team members are to be welcome on-board.


Your new role
You are going to overtake the OTC processes from the US and Canada. After transition, you will be ensuring achievement of cash application or billing processes' performance and quality standards. Moreover, you are going to contribute to cross-process performance improvement initiatives as well as maintain and evolve relationships with local Finance and Sales contacts to act as extension of team. Acting in KPI-driven environment, you will be responsible for managing Internal queries and maintaining appropriate knowledge of your expertise.
Please note that due to cooperation with the US and Canada, standard working hours will be 2pm - 10pm.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed, you should possess outstanding English and great communication/interpersonal skills. Your experience in OTC processes will be an asset, however certainly you should prove yourself as analytical mind and problem solver. Being a team player, you are supposed to have also an eye for details and proper work organisation competencies.
