OtC Analyst with Spanish

For our Client - internationally recognized company that establishes a new Finance Centre in Cracow, we are currently looking for experienced candidates on the position of OtC Analyst

An OtC Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the accurate, timely collection of accounts receivable from a range of clients, carrying out approved operational processes within area of responsibility. What is more, you will be managing and resolving queries escalated from the BPO and clients in accordance with established protocols, whilst championing excellent service and continuous process improvement. Additionally, your scope of managing financial risk and adhering to internal and external compliance obligations is a key part of this role; providing information to internal and external auditors as required.

The ideal candidate is holding a few years of experience in accounting environment, in OtC area. What is more, you should have also experience working in financial process transition situations. Knowledge of SAP or Oracle will be essential. Due to international work environment, the candidate should know English and Spanish fluently. A strong customer focus, problem solving skills and understanding of the end to end record to report strategies are essential to be successful on this position.
