On behalf of our client, the global leader in legal process outsourcing services we are looking for an OTC Documentation Senior Specialist.
As a Senior Specialist you will supporting the Firm’s Reference data and document management for derivatives business. Your role will involve reviewing and analyzing clauses from the ISDA MA/CSA and managing data and clause extraction from OTC derivative documentation. You will be subject matter knowledge expert of OTC documentation. You will also advising on legal and regulatory issues arising from initiation to termination of derivatives and prime brokerage relationship.
A successful candidate should have at least 3 years work experience in OTC markets and documentations or similar activities including understanding of quality derivatives transactions. You should speak English fluently and possess a degree in a law or finance related discipline. The candidate should communicate effectively and have ability to collaborate with stakeholders from different disciplines. Self – motivation and the ability to work independently and as a part of a team is also required.
