Bridgestone Americas, Inc. (BSAM), headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee, and Bridgestone Europe, Middle East and Africa (BSEMEA), headquartered in Brussels, Belgium, operate collectively as a “Bridgestone West” strategic region. This region services the strategic business needs of teams across the Americas, Europe, Middle East and Africa. - Accounting operations:
- Credit & debit notes processing
- Resolving unallocated cash items
- Direct debit processing
- Customer accounts reconciliation
- Preparation of various reports and their analysis
- Processing orders for customers
- Ensuring high quality of performed tasks,
- First line contact and support to order-to-cash related queries
- Process improvements
- Participation in internal projects
- Compliance with internal controls and J-SOX rules
- Relevant secondary education (or post-secondary accounting training)
- Not specified, but relevant experience in similar roles is preferred
- Understanding of accounting principles
- Knowledge of SAP ERP package is a plus
- Good MS Office skills
- Very good knowledge of English; additional European language is an asset
