For our client – an international, prestigious company based in Poznan, we are currently looking for person interested in working on position of OTC Manager with fluent English knowledge.
Main duties will include: continuous improvement based on planning, co-ordinating and leading on key change projects and influencing key stakeholders to ensure that change solutions are sustainable and have appropriate governance and internal controls in place, managing credit and accounts receivable teams (ongoing organization development of those teams including ensuring client account reconciliation as well as reviewing and further develop the credit risk policy), analysis and data integrity and stakeholder engagement including maintain and establish excellent internal working relationships.
The ideal Candidate should have master’s degree in Finance / Accounting or Business, at least 7 years of experience in an OTC/AR Managing role or related working experience and at least 4 years of experience in people management. Proficiency in English is a must. We are looking for people with solid communication and analytical skills with high engagement and energy level. As OTC Manager you should also be able to demonstrate an ability to manage and coach stuff and deliver projects. We are looking for detail-oriented people with excellent communication skills.
