OTC/RTR Team Leader

Main accountabilities
- Leading the Team (daily targets achievement, ongoing work distribution, performance evaluation, motivation, communication)
- Being the Process Leader (for processes in scope) and Country Leader (single point of contact for respective Clients’ countries/entities)
- Cooperating effectively with the Client (attending monthly conference calls, answering requests, claims and process challenges)
- Cooperating closely and effectively with team in India
- Key Performance Indicators realization at the indicated levels or above,
- Planning and preparing for process efficiency improvement and setting relevant control points in the process
- Being proactive as to the new ideas for effective process standardization and drive a required changes
- Support transformation and transition projects

Requirements
- Proven experience in leading the team
- Experience in service delivery for multi-divisional client
- Strong leadership and analytical skills
- Good knowledge of SAP
- Experience and knowledge of O2C/ Collection processes
- Experience in O2C/RTR for manufacturing company including closing and reporting – would be an asset
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
- Teamwork approach
- Ability to work under time pressure
- Multitasking skills
- High motivation to achieve target levels
- Fluent English
