Our client, a well- known and respected FMCG company is continuing to develop their Finance Shared Services Centre in Krakow. Due to their continued success and expansion in Poland, we are now looking to recruit Team Leaders to join their finance teams.
Reporting to the Finance Manager you will be highly organised and responsible for leading and motivating high performing teams in a fast moving shared services environment meeting agreed service levels, ensuring compliance with group accounting policies and driving a culture of continuous improvement.
We are looking for candidates with at least 5 years relevant accounting or finance experience; you should have at least 2 years proven supervisory or team leader track record within multinational environment. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills combined with strong organizational and time-management skills.
The ideal candidate for this position will have experience in:
- Leading and motivating teams in the area of AR /OTC , ideally within a multinational environment
- Service performance measurement and reporting, including use of PPIs and SLAs
- Supervising the application of country specific Tax and statutory requirements as appropriate
- Staff resourcing, interviewing and selection, performance management and people development/coaching
- Being proactive in identifying and solving problems/issues
- Candidate should be fluent in English with good French
- Training and personal development is an essential ingredient in the company culture and where appropriate assistance for further studies will be provided
