OTC Team Leader with Spanish

Our client is a global company that establishes a new Finance Sheared Service Centre in Cracow. On behalf of the company we are looking to recruit Order to Cash (OtC) Team Leader with Spanish.

The successful Candidate will be responsible for accurate, timely collection of accounts receivable from a range of clients, carrying out approved operational processes within area of responsibility. You will own all of the invoicing process activities within the team, spanning a range of different clients with a variety a different contractual terms. You will manage the OtC team and resolve issues and queries that are escalated to you. You will propose and manage projects to streamline and improve the overall efficiency within the context of Global Process improvement strategies and delegate for the OtC Global Process Owner as required. Managing financial risk and adhering to internal and external compliance obligations is a key part of this role. Providing information to internal and external auditors as required.

The successful Candidate has fluent English and Spanish language skills as well as at least four years’ experience in accountancy area gained preferably in SSC/BPO company. Knowledge of accounts receivable is required. Proven track record for implementation of financial process transition and transformation programmes and experience as a corporate shared services process leader, or as a process leader in a business is required. Excel knowledge is a must. We are looking for Candidate with strong interpersonal and communication skills and stress resistance. The right Candidate must also have good decision making, analytical and problem solving skills.
