OTC Team Leader
Location: Kraków
This position focuses on:
- Optimization of Sales Accounting processes in close cooperation with relevant interfaces
- Support implementation of new products and sales channels by design, implementation and update of corresponding FI processes
- Assuring compliance of sales processes with corporate policies and regulatory guidelines
- Ensuring global support for Field Offices worldwide
Tasks:
- Ensuring the implementation and updating of process optimizations globally for all processes in scope assuring compliance and quality with low cost and high productivity
- Define of FI requirements for sales processes
- Provide guidance and consulting to Fields Offices worldwide within sales accounting area
- Ensure active communication and interface management within sales accounting area
- Review current sales accounting processes, provide interpretation of the findings and recommend/implement solutions with consideration of corporate policies and regulatory guidelines
- Ensure formal process documentation
- Provide ad-hoc data/reports
- Heads projects or initiates and steers projects and/or supporting external projects from the company
Requirements:
- University diploma or equivalent
- Practical knowledge of operations with particular emphasis on sales and ticketing processes
- SAP FI experience
- Practical knowledge of Revenue Accounting and ticketing systems (eg. SIRAX, CARAT, Amadeus, Coupon Data Base, etc.)
- Practical knowledge of general accounting rules and internal compliance rules
- Very good command of German and English
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (self-confidence and convincing skills)
- Strong co-operation skills
- Highly independent and systematic approach to work
- Quick analytical thinker with very strong conceptual skills
- Ability to work in fast changing environment
- Customer orientation
- Readiness to travel (international travel required up to 20%)
