Main accountabilities
- Management of multiple delivery teams in Poland and India
- Managing Performance of the teams to meet KPIs,
- Control costs of operations
- Drive continuous improvements
- Deliver high quality of service and providing process quality assurance, manage process documentation
- Working closely with the Client to achieve required outcomes
- Resolving customer queries and handling sensitive individual cases
- Handling escalations
Requirements
- Proven, strong experience in P2P processes Europe, APAC, LATAM
- Client business awareness
- Managing Relationships (ability/skills to manage people, cross various countries)
- Global visibility attitude
- Strong analytical skills and attention to details
- Ability to enhance process and controls
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Experience in working in multicultural team
