As a part of a newly created team in Cracow you will be providing high quality customer service for clients via phone, e-mail, chat. Your duties will include answering inbound customer calls and advise them on appropriate actions.
Ideal candidate should have fluent German, good English, at least 3 months experienced in customer service and be able to work full-time.
