Job description
- Manage the Team of 20+ people and 3 Team Leaders
- Manage the Service Delivery of MR Administration to EMEA countries
- Face the Client representatives on regular Governance Calls in the role of the Country Service Delivery Manager for assigned countries
- Learn the MR Solution/Processes designed for the Client, assure stable delivery, propose efficiencies/improvements
- Establish the discipline in knowledge management – documenting the knowledge acquired
- Coordinate with TLs for regular Team training/refresher training
- Establish quality/productivity measures for the Team
- Establish robust Team new hire onboarding process
- Organize the MR operations – define Service Desk/Tier 1 & Tier 2 scope, expend the Tier 1 scope
- Learn CG Security and Quality Standards (ISO/QMS) and apply in the daily work
Position purpose
We’re looking for the Manage Reward (MR) Service Delivery Manager. Successful candidate will manage the delivery of the Manage Reward services to the Client accordingly to Global Process Model and SLAs agreed. Successful candidate will also oversee the MR Team & Team Leaders, will cooperate with the Project Team to take over successfully new Countries into the delivery scope.
Requirements
- Experience in the HR services delivery in outsourcing environment is a must
- Experience in the MR service delivery is an advantage
- Knowledge of French/Hungarian/Russian labour law is an advantage
- Experience in cooperation with transition projects is an advantage
- Very good communication skills
- Very good client facing skills
- Strong people management skills
- Very good command of spoken and written English is a must
- Good command of spoken and written German, French, Italian or Russian is an advantage
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Strong problem solving skills
- Able to work to tight deadlines in a very dynamic environment
