Payroll Analysis Manager
Miejsce pracy: Kraków
Nr Ref.: PAM/1215/AL / CE Finance Operations, Head Office in Cracow
- Overall responsibilities around Polish retail payroll financial analyses including actual performance measurement and budgeting
- Preparation of Payroll Budget for Tesco Retail
- Preparation of high level summaries and presenting this to business partners
- Cooperation with budget holders, Operations, Productivity & Finance Dept.
- Identifying upcoming risks and opportunities, support recommendations and conclusions for the purpose of budget saving
- Coordination of period closure on Payroll Budget, run regular reporting, add comments on variances vs budget and last year
- Close cooperation with our shared service center in India and Finance Operations teams in HU, CZ, SK
- Providing ad hoc reporting and analysis
- Participation in the finance transformation process in payroll reporting harmonization across the four countries
- 2 years of relevant experience
- Financial knowledge, experience in financial reporting
- Advanced Excel skills
- English knowledge
- Analytical skills
- Being structured and organized, good communication skills, proactive mindset
