Your new company
This globally recognised company and an ACCA Approved Employer located in Katowice is a fast growing organisation with stable employment conditions. Its HR Operations team is expanding and they have a job vacancy for a new Payroll Project Coordinator.
Your new role
As a Payroll Project Coordinator you will create country project plans and implement them. You’ll be responsible for identification and categorizing of risks as well as implementation of actions addressing these risks. You’ll draft regular reports on the projects, communicate to project teams and stakeholders as well as support the EMEA HR Project Manager in all program related activities as required.
What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience in payroll will lead to your success. You may already have experience in project management or PRINCE2 certification. You will be working in a multicultural environment, so fluent English as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a necessity. Previous experience in shared services environment will be helpful as well.
