Main areas of responsibility:
- Professionally interacting with high-level business leaders
- Ensuring smooth communication between the General Manager and stakeholders
- Managing travel arrangements for the General Manager and Board of Directors
Supporting Board Members with administrative and operational tasks - Assisting visiting VPs and SVPs with agendas, meetings, accommodation, and transport
- Organizing company events, meetings, conferences, and team-building activities
Independently handling certain issues while maintaining firm policy understanding - Assisting with business documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
- Processing expense reports using Concur
- Handling correspondence and ad hoc requests for the General Manager.
Requirements:
You as a Professional:
- Possess a university degree
- Have 3-5 years of experience in the same or similar positions
- Experience in an international environment is an advantage
- Demonstrated experience in event organization
- Proficient in English & Polish
- Strong MS Office skills, including excellent PowerPoint proficiency
- Exceptional communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
