Personal Assistant

• Provide administrative support
• Phone and email communications management
• Calendar management including scheduling and assistance of meetings (arranging meetings, conference calls, preparing meeting minutes)
• Support for business meetings (room, catering, copying and binding of documents)
• Assistance in preparation of reports the business requires.
• Assist with office management/facilities management
• Supporting the team in their daily work

• Fluent English (Russian will be an advantage)
• Experience of working in Administration department in international company, ideally in reception
• Microsoft Office package knowledge
• Proactive approach
• Well organized and flexible
• Ability to multi-task and manage priorities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
