Job Description:
Key responsibilities of the role:
The LS Consultant will be responsible for helping in driving our Life Sciences clients’ strategy and business planning efforts. Responsibilities may include:
- Project Delivery: Work on small to medium-size teams to deliver projects for global clients. Responsibilities may include strategy and process design in the following areas:
- Digital and Mobility solutions for Pharma marketing and sales functions
- Customer Relationship Management
- Physician CRM
- Patient Adherence Programs
- Campaign Management
- Social Media Strategy/Assessment
- Search Engine Marketing
- Multi-Channel Marketing/Design
- Digital Operating Model
- Industry Expertise: Provide industry expertise in various sub-segments of the Pharma/Biotech/CRO industry
- Domain Development: Develop assets and methodologies, development of points-of-view, research or white papers, support development of marketing collateral, conduct public speaking and publish in industry periodicals
Working Conditions:
- Headquarter: Warsaw as primary place of work
- Willing to work at client’s locations mostly across Europe, but also other locations, for short or long term
- Willing to travel min. 50% (annual) of time and could be more. Travel is required and may typically Monday to Friday for some periods during the year
- Minimum bachelor’s degree
- 4+ years of experience in international context servicing clients or worked internationally in Life sciences industry, mostly in at least 2 of below fields:
- CRM
- Brand Management
- Patient Retention Programs
- Sales Force Efficiency
- Digital and Mobility Solutions
- Digital Transformation – Program Management
- Social Media Strategy/Analytics
- Search Engine Marketing/Search Engine Optimization
- Web Based Solutions for Pharma marketing
- Portal design / web strategy / online marketing
- Multi-Channel Marketing
- Operating Model Design
- Experience in the system implementation either as a business user or conducting User Acceptance Testing in area of (at least 1)
- Veeva
- Seibel CRM systems
- Any SFE/CRM systems
- Web Analytics
- Consulting and project delivery experience - preferred
- Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken) is required
- Good level of the other foreign (EU) language e.g. German, Italian, French, Spanish would be strong asset
- Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communications competencies
- Demonstrated ability to manage time and multiple commitments/projects simultaneously
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented and distributed delivery environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
