We are growing and expanding the Capability Network Team in Warsaw and we are looking for an experienced and accomplished Life Sciences professionals. The Life Sciences industry group works with the following industries:
- Pharmaceuticals
- Biotechnology
- Medical/Surgical Devices
and other companies across the life-sciences value chain, provides services such as large-scale business and technology transformation, targeted business performance improvement, and post-merger integration.

Job Description:
Key responsibilities of the role may include:
- Project Delivery: Managing delivery consulting assignments both in individual capacity and many a times in the role of a team lead. The assignments could range from strategy development, strategy implementation, market scoping, regulatory environment scanning, process improvement, Accenture asset/PoV development, etc.
- Business Development: Working as part of pursuit teams, participating in aspects of the proposal development process. Support efforts of global sales team to win potential opportunities within the practice.
- Practice Management: Taking responsibility within Life Sciences industry group or across the Products group in areas of responsibility help manage and build the practice, tracking metrics, etc.
- Domain Development: Development of assets and methodologies, development of point-of-view, research or white papers, internal tools or materials for use by larger community. Acquiring skills that have utility across industry groups.
Working Conditions:
- Headquarter: Warsaw as primary place of work
- Willing to work at client’s locations mostly across Europe, but also other locations, for short or long term
- Willing to travel min. 50% (annual) of time and could be more. Travel is required and may typically Monday to Friday for some periods during the year
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree
- 4+ years of experience working on multiple projects with an international exposure in areas of:
- Sourcing and procurement
- Demand/Supply Planning
- SCM Process Improvement / Six Sigma
- Inventory Planning & Control
- Distribution network optimization
- Advanced Planner and Optimizer
- Logistics
- SCM Post Merger Integration
- Preferably worked internationally in the pharmaceutical /medical devices / biotechnology industry or worked in an international context with clients from the above industry segments.
- Consulting and project delivery experience – preferred
- Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken) is required
- Good level of the other foreign (EU) language e.g. German, Italian, French, Spanish would be strong asset
- Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communications competencies
- Demonstrated ability to manage time and multiple commitments/projects simultaneously
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented and distributed delivery environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
