For our client, a global law firm opening Share Service Centre in Warsaw (start-up) we are seeking candidates for the role of Pitch Support Assistant with English.

The Pitch Assistant contributes to new business generation by supporting pitches and other business opportunities and the associated administration of the pitch process.

We are looking for a person who has strong drafting skills and attention to details, as well as perfect planning and organizing skills. University degree, preferably in Marketing or related courses and excellent English skills is required; German and French, will be a strong asset. Good command of other languages is desirable. For our Client very important is focus on providing excellent customer service - experience in SSC environment will be a strong asset. We also expect understanding of Marketing , Business Development and Project Management methods and tools – possibly supported by associated certifications.
