Your profile
You will hold a Master's Degree in a relevant discipline, for example spatial planning, landscape management or environment.
You will also have some years of experience with spatial planning procedures combined with knowledge of legal regulations and best practices related to spatial planning procedures.
Additionally, you will have experience with liaising with the authorities, for example municipalities, RDEP, county offices, and with planning bureaus in various regions in Poland.
It is essential that you speak and write both Polish and English fluently.
You will have strong negotiation skills and be able to communicate well with colleagues at all organisational levels as you must frequently liaise with various stakeholders and your colleagues in Denmark.
It is essential that you have a proactive as well as an analytical and entrepreneurial approach to your work and thrive on working independently as you will be establishing and developing our polish environmental and planning activities.
At the same time, you will be a team player wishing to share your knowledge and expertise with your colleagues to ensure continuous improvements. As the working atmosphere periodically may be very hectic, it is important that you can keep track of things and maintain a calm approach to your work.
