As a Financial Planning & Reporting Manager, you will provide the Pharma Supply Chain Finance Director with analysis support regarding the End to End supply chain in your aligned region.
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
- Provide finance partnering support to the Intercontinental Supply Chain (SC) Warehousing & Distribution (W&D) head and SC Hub leadership under the supervision of the Intercontinental Pharma Supply Chain Finance Director
- Liaise with key Finance stakeholders to ensure the robust reporting of Intercontinental End to End financial performance including Profit & Loss (P&L) and inventory in both the Global Manufacturing & Supply (GMS) and the One P&L hierarchies
- Support the Intercontinental Pharma Supply Chain Finance Director to ensure the delivery of the Intercontinental Supply Chain’s end-to-end Cost and Cash commitments
- Provide sign-off of monthly, quarterly, and full year P&L and Balance Sheet reporting
- Support target setting, financial update, forecast and plan processes for the Intercontinental end-to-end (E2E) Supply Chain
- Provide analysis to understand and drive action to address performance gaps
- Work with members of the Intercontinental E2E Supply Chain team to identify opportunities to improve performance.
- Work closely with LoC Finance, Core Business services, Financial Services, and Supply Chain Accounting to drive process improvement in relation to Financial reporting for the end-to-end supply chain.
- Basic qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Financial Certification, Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or another equivalent
- Experience of statutory and/or management reporting in a model involving shared services
- Experience in financial planning, including processes related to inventory accounting
- Preferred qualifications:
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
- MBA
- Some knowledge of Supply Chain finance processes
- Good communication skills and ability to explain financial issues clearly
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
