Twoje zadania:
- Create and maintain a realistic, challenging but achievable store capacity plan for the country ensuring perfect execution of planned activities in stores for our customers
- Ensure that all local and central activities requiring store resource are integrated in the store capacity plan
- Build a wide network and work with colleagues acrossthe business to cover all areas in the capacity plan
- (Marketing, Commercial, SRD, SupplyChain, Operations, Central Europe planning)
- Right first time – minimise changes to support execution
- Make sure that the rules, process and approval points of capacity planning are met
- Use approved communications channels to share capacity plans with stores on time, ensuring stores can plan on time
- Work with Central Europe Planning Manager to continuously improve and develop capacity planning
Wymagania:
- Microsoft Office user skills – especially Excel(advanced)
- Upper-Intermediate English knowledge (B2)
- 1 year experience in either of these fields is welcome (in Store Operations, Productivity, Communication)
- Strong communications, networking and presentation skills
- Analysing and decision making
