Due to progressive strength of the company's position in Poland, we're searching for the most professional candidate to take overall responsibility of Plant activities in Poland.
- Manage the production activities, establishing objectives, plans and production budgets.
- Able to implement process improvement and promote discipline in being used.
- Prepare and plan for manufacturing programs.
- Optimize human resources, budgetary and material production area, obtaining the highest performance.
- Set up doing their financial budget and taking corrective measures to control the deviations that may occur.
- Analyze the current and future development plans in establishing production processes.
- Ensuring product quality and meeting delivery times.
- Review and plan staffing needs of production, their technique and their distribution according to production needs.
- Enforce the rules in the areas of health and safety at the plant
- Experience of 3-4 years in Industrial Engineering
- Excellent communicator with negotiation skills
- Helicopter view on whole organization activities
- Ability to work in quickly changing environment
- Knowledge of ERP systems
- Languages: English is a must (Spanish is a plus)
