PLM Business Analyst
Location: Bielsko-Biała

Main tasks:
- key participant in cross-functional business and IT team with the responsibility to define user needs for the PLM solution,
- produces recommended optimized process maps of business practices with input from process owners and users,
- determines user requirements for configuration and presentation of the PLM solution through interviews with functional, program specific, or role specific user groups,
- translates the output of process mapping and user requirements to the technology team lead and together develops cost and timing impact of requirements,
- responsible for maintaining and distributing lessons learned during each stage of the implementation for use in subsequent planning and execution of the implementation plan,
- responsible for monitoring solution metrics and developing continuous improvement initiatives for the solution,
- responsible for any special projects or assignments as agreed upon to support the PLM department.
Requirements:
Requirements:
- bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, engineering or information technology related
- 3-5 years of experience working in manufacturing industry,
- very good knowledge of business process mapping and optimization skills, experience preferred,
- basic knowledge of PLM technology required, PTC Windchill knowledge preferred,
- basic knowledge of CAD/CAM/CAE technology preferred,
- very good in English, both verbal and written communication,
- ability to work as a team member.
