For our Client, new launched international company based in Krakow, we are currently looking for Candidates experienced in finance processes migrations for the position of PMO Project Executive.

The right person will be responsible for Implement endorsed processes and procedures that deliver the PMO vision and requirements of the terms of reference, manage the project priority process (eg. financial summaries), implementation, schedules to support the Client’s Programme Manager make timely recommendations to the leadership team and informed decisions for sanctioning projects. Your scope of duties will also include: manage and/or facilitate the quality review process for projects, assuring timeliness and accuracy to the agreed standards and provide internal consultancy and expertise in portfolio, programme and project management tools and technique.

The ideal candidate should excellent planning and organisation skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritises to meet objectives in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, finite resources and conflicting priorities. You should have excellent level of self-organisation, motivation and independence through taking ownership for delivery. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and good influencing skills are essential. What is more, professional Project Management education is desirable as well as excellent English level. Experience on similar position will be essential.
