PMO/Quality Manager

Responsibilites
- End-to-end biweekly PRB cycle management (projects' documents verification in terms of completeness and compliance; PRB registration handling, PRB obligations consolidation, distribution and closure, PRB meeting attendance)
- Gathering, analysis and reporting of selected metrics for management, obligations' status maintenance
- Ongoing active support and training provision to PRB process stakeholders (project managers, reviewers, discipline coordinators)
- Evaluation and improvement proposition of the processes: Quality planning, Quality control, Quality assurance and Quality improvement in the terms of PRB
- Work with internal tools and systems supporting PRB process (JIRA, Profile and Syncpoint Management Tool, Confluence, SharePoint, Excel sheets with macros, OnePPM, group mailboxes). Maintain and introduce changes to the selected ones

Requirements
Skills and knowledge:
- University degree, preferably in IT or business administration
- Knowledge of relevant professional Project Management frameworks (PMI, PRINCE2)
- High degree of proficiency in MS Office applications such as Word, PowerPoint and SharePoint
- Extensive proficiency and experience in MS Excel (incl. formulas); knowledge on macros is an additional asset
- Knowledge of relevant quality management standards (ISO 9001, CMMI, EFQM) and software development methodologies not required but would be an advantage
- Ability to deal proactively and successfully with the complexities of a matrix organization
- Strong process orientation
- Strong attention to detail
- High degree of self-motivation
- Strong personality, specifically regarding persistency & assertiveness
- Effective communicator (fluent in spoken and written English; German is an additional asset)
- Strong relationship management and/or people skills
Work experience:
- Experience in operational support is a plus
- Project- and/or Quality management background, preferably in IT
