Job Description:
- Team Management
- Communicate with each Market’s Key Account Manager (KAM) person on rollout activities and status of a technology hardware and digital signage implementation programme (multiple locations)
- Report rollout success
- Report any critical activity
- Communicate relevant information for global Project Management Office (PMO)
- Updates to rollout and slot plan, rearrange slots
- Continuous optimization and adaptation of slot plan
- Collect feedback from vendors and 3rd party suppliers
- File information on rollout status, e.g. site surveys finished, dealer contracts signed, quality assurance
- Skills and experience in management of a team of 5-10 people
- Very good English (C1) is a must
- Other foreign language is an advantage (especially German)
- Strong Project Management Office (PMO) skills including re-planning, general project management
- PMO/project experience of technology hardware/physical location set-ups would be an advantage
- Experience in project administration and/or project reporting and presenting data
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize assigned tasks
- Skilled in MS Office especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to use your knowledge of foreign language on a daily basis at work (we serve our Clients in almost 30 foreign languages)
- Experience with a range of Clients and technology solutions which provides professional relevance
