Responsibilites
As Project Management Office Specialist your main responsibilities will involve:
- Support Business and IT Project Leaders in project related queries
- Handle stakeholders requests related to the planning, organization and delivery of key initiatives
- Preparation of various, complex reports regarding project financials maintained mainly in MS Excel
- Support the preparation of project related meetings
- Prepare project and process related documentation
Requirements
Must have:
- Fluent spoken and written English skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Very good reporting skills
- Very good knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
- A degree-level education from leading institution
- At least 1 year of experience on similar position (PMO or reporting)
- Solid attention to detail
Desirable:
- Experience in conducting PMO activities for projects and /or programs
- Experience in the banking/finance industry
- Familiarity with OnePPM, MS Project
- German language skills

We are a team of Project Management Officers who work in assignments. Typically each of us supports one or a few projects for 6 to 18 months-period in one of the areas of Banking IT, then assignments may change over time. There is therefore the possibility for the PMOs to develop their knowledge in different types of project methodologies (agile, waterfall, hybrid), domain areas (e.g. IT operations, collateral management, etc.) and learn about different ways in which programs/projects are managed and several perspectives of governance.
